This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund for a Premium card.

1. Digital product notice

Emocia.net is a digital product service.

When you purchase Premium, access to Premium features is provided shortly after payment. These features include adding personal photos and more text slides, keeping the card permanently, editing after completion, video export, Emocia email delivery and removing Emocia branding and Free labels.

No physical product is shipped.

2. 24 hours refund guarantee

You can request a full refund within 24 hours after purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your Premium card for any reason, contact us within 24 hours of completing your payment.

After 24 hours, refunds are no longer guaranteed and may not be available.

3. When refunds are available

You may request a refund if:

  • You purchased Premium by mistake
  • The Premium card does not work as expected
  • A technical issue prevents you from accessing the Premium card
  • You are not satisfied and contact us within 24 hours hours after purchase

4. When refunds may be refused

We may refuse a refund if:

  • The request is made more than 24 hours hours after purchase
  • There is misuse, fraud or abuse
  • The card violates our Terms of Service
  • There are repeated refund requests from the same user
  • The Premium card has already been used in a way that suggests refund abuse

  • The card link or card code, if available
  • A short explanation of the issue

You can also contact us through our official social media channels, but email is the preferred method.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing time depends on Lemon Squeezy, the payment method and your bank or card provider.

We cannot control how long your bank takes to show the refund after it has been processed.

7. Technical problems

If something goes wrong with your Premium card, contact us first. In many cases we may be able to help fix the issue.

If we cannot fix the problem and your request is eligible, we will issue a refund according to this policy.
