These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Emocia.net.
By creating, sharing, purchasing or viewing an Emocia card, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Emocia is
Emocia.net is a digital service for creating and sharing personal digital cards and online gifts.
An Emocia card can include messages, photos, beautiful designs, melodies, visual effects and other digital elements. Cards are delivered online through a private link.
Emocia is a digital product only. No physical product is shipped.
2. Free and Premium cards
Emocia may offer both Free and Premium cards.
Free cards allow users to create and share a card with up to 2 text slides, a design, melody and visual effect. Free cards do not include personal photo slides. They remain available for 24 hours and cannot be opened, recovered or upgraded after they expire.
Premium cards may include:
- Personal photo slides and captions
- More text slides
- Permanent card availability
- Editing after completion
- Vertical video export
- Emocia email delivery
- Removal of Emocia branding and Free labels
Premium is a one-time purchase for the selected card unless clearly stated otherwise on the checkout page.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add to your card, including your messages and uploaded photos.
By using Emocia, you give us permission to store, process, display and deliver your content only as needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for the content you create, upload and share.
You must not use Emocia to create, upload or share content that is:
- Illegal
- Abusive, hateful or threatening
- Sexually explicit or exploitative
- Harmful, fraudulent or misleading
- Infringing someone else’s rights
- Used for spam, harassment or abuse
We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms.
4. Card links and sharing
Emocia cards are delivered through private links.
You are responsible for sharing the card link with the intended recipient. Anyone with the link may be able to open the card, so you should keep the link private if the card contains personal content.
Emocia is not responsible if you share a card link publicly or with the wrong person.
5. Card deletion and expiration
Unfinished cards may be deleted automatically.
Completed Free cards expire after 24 hours. They cannot be opened, recovered or upgraded after expiration and become eligible for automatic deletion 7 days after completion.
Premium cards are kept unless:
- You request deletion
- The card violates these Terms
- Deletion is required for security, technical or legal reasons

6. Payments
Premium purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record.
Prices, taxes and available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Emocia does not store your credit card details.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
In general, you can request a full refund within 24 hours hours after purchase. After 24 hours hours, refunds may no longer be available.
We may refuse refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, repeated refund abuse or violation of these Terms.
8. Video export and email delivery
Premium features such as video export and Emocia email delivery depend on technical processing and third-party services.
Video export may take longer for cards with more slides, photos or effects.
We try to keep these features reliable, but we cannot guarantee that exports, email delivery or third-party services will always work instantly or without interruption.
9. Availability
Emocia is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We work to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or permanent availability of all features.
The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, payment provider issues or other third-party service problems.
10. Intellectual property
The Emocia platform, design, branding, software, templates, interface and visual assets are owned by Emocia or its licensors.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute or misuse the Emocia platform.
Your own card content remains yours.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Emocia is not responsible for:
- Emotional impact caused by card content
- Content created or shared by users
- Card links shared publicly or with the wrong person
- Temporary downtime or technical problems
- Issues caused by third-party services
- Loss of access caused by expired free cards
- Indirect or unexpected damages
12. Abuse and termination
We may suspend, delete or restrict access to cards or users if we believe there is abuse, fraud, spam, security risk or violation of these Terms.
We may also limit repeated free card creation, suspicious activity or automated use.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on this page.
By continuing to use Emocia after changes are published, you agree to the updated Terms.
