These Terms govern your use of https://emocia.net.

By using Emocia, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Emocia.net is an independently operated digital service based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The Service

Emocia allows users to create, customize and share digital cards.

Features may include messages, photos, music, visual effects, private-link sharing, email delivery and video export. Available features may change as the service develops.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you are under the applicable legal age, you may use Emocia only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to your account and all activity performed through it.

Free and Premium Cards

Each signed-in account may create free cards.

A Free card may contain up to 2 text slides and does not include photo slides.

Premium is a one-time purchase for a specific card and may include:

Unlimited text slides.
Photo slides.
Email delivery through Emocia.
Vertical video export.
Continued editing after completion.
Removal of Emocia branding and the Free label.

“Unlimited” means that no advertised fixed text-slide allowance applies. Reasonable technical, storage, security and anti-abuse limits may still be enforced.

A Premium purchase applies only to the card for which it was purchased. It is not a subscription and does not automatically include future Premium cards.

Private Cards

Cards are shared through private links.

Private cards are not listed in Emocia’s public directories or sitemap. Card routes are blocked through robots.txt, and card pages use directives that instruct compliant search engines and AI crawlers not to crawl or index their content.

These protections do not create password-based access control. Anyone with the exact private link may open and forward the card.

Recipients may copy, download, screenshot or share card content. Search engines, AI services and other third parties may also ignore technical directives.

Emocia cannot guarantee that a card will remain confidential if its link or content is shared outside the service.

You are responsible for deciding what information to include and who receives the private link.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit.

You grant Emocia a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display and transmit that content only as necessary to provide, protect and operate the service.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for all content and recipient information you provide.

Prohibited Use

You must not use Emocia to:

Violate any law or third-party right.
Upload unlawful, abusive, threatening or infringing content.
Harass, impersonate or deceive another person.
Invade another person’s privacy.
Distribute malware, spam or fraudulent material.
Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with security.
Scrape, overload or misuse the service through automated systems.
Circumvent Free or Premium restrictions.

We may restrict access or remove content where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.

Sharing and Delivery

You are responsible for deciding who receives a private link or email delivery.

Email delivery depends on third-party systems. We cannot guarantee delivery or inbox placement.

Video export and playback may depend on compatible browsers, devices and third-party systems. We cannot guarantee identical results on every device.

Payments

Premium purchases are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.

Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, chargebacks and payment-card security.

Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before checkout. A purchase is complete only after successful payment confirmation.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and Lemon Squeezy’s applicable terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights available under consumer law.

Availability and Storage

Unfinished unpaid Free cards may be deleted after 3 hours.

Completed Free cards currently are available for 7 days, while Premium never expire. However, we do not promise permanent or uninterrupted storage.

Cards may be removed following:

A deletion request.
A legal requirement.
A security issue.
A breach of these Terms.
Discontinuation of the service.

You should keep your own copies of important content and exported files.

Account Closure

If your account has no completed cards, you can delete it from the My profile page.

If your account has completed cards, request deletion by emailing admin@emocia.net from your account email. Please specify whether the completed cards should also be deleted.

Intellectual Property

Emocia’s software, design, branding and original materials are protected by intellectual-property law.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Emocia or its materials to you.

Disclaimer and Liability

Emocia is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent operation.

Emocia is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from user content, sharing of private links, recipient actions, third-party services or delivery failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Termination

You may stop using Emocia at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of unlawful activity, abuse, security risks or a material breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law.

Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
